Total fees and expenses includes the following:

• $250.00 – Attorney Fee includes pre-incorporation telephone consultation, Articles of Organization, Certificate of Organization, Organizational Minutes, Operating Agreement, LLC binder, and free 20 minute consultation within 30 days after LLC formation for a basic 1-4 individual member LLC.
• $100.00 – Georgia Secretary of State Filing Fee. Additional filing fees are available for same day filing and 48 hour filing. Most LLCs are formed within 3-10 business days without any expedited fees.
